If you currently live in Nepal and would like to attend the 8th International Cancer Congress (ICC 2026), please deposit your registration fee at Citizen Bank International, Janakpurdham branch, A/C no 0310100000391201 (Account name: Binaytara Cancer Trust), then come back to this website to upload your receipt and complete registration.

Registration fees for attendees from Nepal:

  • Consultants: NPR 4,000
  • Medical Officers: NPR 1,500
  • Other Healthcare Providers: NPR 500

Note: The total number of registration for paramedics will be limited to 20; all paramedics must pre-register to attend –  on site registration will not be available.

All attendees must show their photo ID for check-in. Admission to the conference hall will not be permitted without a valid photo ID.

The Scientific Committee of the 8th International Cancer Congress invites abstract submissions showcasing innovative research, clinical experiences, and advances in cancer care. Submissions may include original research, quality improvement initiatives, outcomes research, educational research, and rare case reports or case series relevant to oncology and hematology.

Abstract Formating
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Word limit: 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).

Abstracts reporting original research must include the following structured sections:

Case-based submissions must include the following structured sections:

Important Note on Case Reports

Case reports and case series will be considered only if they demonstrate clear novelty, educational value, or new findings. Submissions must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Describe a previously unreported or exceptionally rare clinical observation.
  • Present a novel diagnostic, therapeutic, or management approach.
  • Report an unusual presentation, toxicity, or treatment response that provides important clinical insights.
  • Offer findings with meaningful implications for clinical practice, guidelines, medical education, or future research.

Routine case reports without novelty, new insights, or broader clinical relevance will not be accepted.

Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review by members of the Scientific Committee. Abstracts will be evaluated based on scientific merit, originality, clinical relevance, educational value, and overall quality.

Accepted abstracts may be selected for:

Authors whose abstracts are accepted are expected to register for and attend the congress to present their work.
